If you register to the NOESIS Big Data in Transport Library, we process the data you have provided in the forms. Furthermore, we generate a unique user ID once you register and store a timestamp for every data submission.

When you get in contact with us, we process personal data which you provided to us on a voluntary basis (e.g. email address, telephone number, …). We use the following Plugin only on our main website. Within the NOESIS Big Data in Transport Library micro website (https://noesis-project.eu/survey/), we do not use plugins at all.
Google Analytics & Google Fonts & other Plugins
We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies. The information gathered relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website.
This website uses Google Web Fonts. Google may receive your IP address for technical reasons. On the basis of your IP address Google may determine which websites you visited.
We use these plugins on the basis of our prevailing legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) which is a uniform representation of fonts on our website, to create usage statistics and to provide our Tweets on our website.

If you become a registered NOESIS Big Data in Transport library member, your personal data is stored as long as you are a registered.
All Personal data processed while establishing contact will be deleted, once your concern has been adequately addressed and in our opinion, no further communication with you is necessary.
You can unsubscribe from our contact list and/or request for your personal data to be deleted at any time by opting for unsubscribe in the e-mails or/and e-newsletters that you receive from us, or by directly contacting us (e-mail: email@example.com).
A longer storage as specified may be required due to a specific reason (e.g. there was an attack on our webserver, legal claims, …)
